Derby D55 Chemical Anchor is a polyester-based adhesive and assembly mortar. Thanks to its paste-like structure, it is successfully used in floor, wall, and ceiling applications.

Application Areas
Suitable for use on hard surfaces such as concrete, granite, marble, and perforated bricks.
Application
- Drill a hole matching the diameter of the mixer tip.
- Clean the hole using an air pump to remove dust and debris.
- Open the cartridge and attach the mixer tip to the application gun.
- Dispense a small amount of mortar to ensure complete mixing.
- Insert the mixer tip into the bottom of the hole and fill with chemical mortar up to 2/3 of its depth.
- Monitor gelling time. Insert bolts or screws and turn clockwise before gelation completes. Excess mortar will come out.
- Full curing is achieved within 1 hour.
Shelf Life
12 months if stored in its original, unopened packaging under appropriate conditions.
