Derby D91 PU Sealant is a one-component, polyurethane-based sealing material that cures with the humidity of the air.

Application Areas
Used in:
- Spare parts applications in the automotive industry

- Sealing in ventilation ducts, air conditioner production and assembly
- Sealing of rainwater collection pipe joints on roofs and gutters
- Reducing vibration in metal and sheet joining operations
- Sealing gaps that may allow passage of water, gas, air, and dust
Application
Apply using a suitable mastic gun at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. The thickness of the adhesive depends on the materials being bonded. Join the materials within the skin formation time. Hold the bonded parts mechanically until curing is complete. Curing time depends on temperature, humidity, and adhesive thickness.
Shelf Life
Store unopened packages in a dry, cool place below +25 °C. Shelf life is approximately 18 months.
