Derby D91 PU Sealant is a one-component, polyurethane-based sealing material that cures with the humidity of the air.

Application Areas

- Sealing of ventilation ducts, air conditioner production and installation
- Joints of rainwater pipes and gutters on roofs
- Reduces vibration in metal and sheet metal joining applications
- Seals gaps that may allow water, gas, air, or dust penetration
Application
Apply with a suitable mastic gun at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. The thickness of the adhesive will vary depending on the material type. Materials must be joined within the skin formation time and held mechanically until full curing. Curing time depends on temperature, humidity, and adhesive thickness.
Shelf Life
Store unopened packages in a dry and cool environment below +25 °C. Shelf life is approximately 18 months.
